Everyone planning on attending must complete a registration form. These forms may be downloaded from below. Initial payment and completed registration form must be mailed to the following address: Orlando Church of Christ, Teen Camp 214 N. Goldenrod Road, #11 Orlando, FL 32807 The cost of the camp will be $400. Campers will not be registered without the initial $100.00, DUE JULY 1, 2010. Any registrations recieved after the deadline will be charged a $50 late fee. If we do not receive at least $100.00 with the registration form your spot will not be held (the balance may be paid upon arrival to camp or anytime before then).
